OUR PARTNERSHIP MODELS

  • Purpose: Advises universities and athletic departments on revenue diversification and NIL-era strategy. This engagement focuses on long-term sustainability through institutional alignment of donor, corporate, and athlete-driven revenue.

    Scope Includes:

    • Audit of current NIL, donor, and revenue structures

    • Strategic roadmap for integrating rev share, previous collective memberships and donations, and current university fundraising. 

    • Collaboration model between athletics, foundation, and collective arms

    • Creation of fan/membership programs 

    Deliverables:

    • 90-day Launch & Revenue Blueprint

    • Weekly strategy sessions with NIL Edge senior advisors for implementation 

    • Monthly strategy sessions with NIL Edge for sustainability and growth focus

    • Access to NIL Edge playbooks, templates, and training materials

      Flat Fee ($15,000) - One-Year Engagement
      No transaction fees – consulting only.

  • Purpose: Bridges strategy and execution - NIL Edge works directly with athletics and foundation leadership to implement shared revenue models and supporting infrastructure.

    Scope Includes:

    • All elements of Strategy & Advisory

    • Implementation of shared donor or revenue systems (Website, communications, etc.)

    • Integration of membership, donor, and corporate giving platforms

    • Co-branded campaign design and messaging framework

    • Seasonal calendar for 

    Deliverables:

    • 6-month rollout plan

    • System integration documentation

    • Monthly revenue performance report and consultation

    • Fee Structure:
      $1,500–$6,000/month retainer
      Optional performance incentive (5-15%) for programs implemented via NIL Edge infrastructure to reduce monthly retainer cost. 

  • Purpose:
    NIL Edge serves as an outsourced revenue operations partner,  managing campaigns, memberships, donor communication, and corporate sponsorship execution on behalf of the university or collective.

    Scope Includes:

    • Management of donor and corporate revenue systems

    • Campaign execution and communications

    • Corporate partnership sales and activations

    • Membership program fulfillment and engagement tracking
      Reporting and analytics across all giving streams

    Deliverables:

    • Dedicated NIL Edge staff

    • Monthly and quarterly reporting

    • Unified donor + revenue dashboard

    Fee Structure:

     $2,500 monthly partnership fee + 15% on transactions under $10,000 

  • Purpose:
    Short-term or pilot-based engagements designed to test and validate new institutional revenue models.

    Examples:

    • Apparel program and launch 

    • Athlete branding and revenue generation course 

    • Revenue-sharing integration framework (institutional readiness plan)

    • NIL + Athletics Foundation joint campaign

    • Corporate partnership accelerator or marketplace pilot

    • Student-athlete engagement programs (mentorship, content, brand integration)

    • Annual donor/member program design

    Fee Structure:
    Project-based: $5,000–$25,000 depending on scope and term
